Spaniards Clima have been making a name for themselves in the last year creating deep dubby dnb and bass music with a number of releases on labels such as Dubkraft Records, Rawganics, Slime Recordings, Dnbb Recordings and Anchorage Sound to name a few. These guys are making an impressive mark on the scene at the moment, with a forthcoming release on the mighty Diffrent Music imprint this duo seems unstoppable. Now with their first EP for Skutta, Ernesto and Javier once again deliver the goods with a varied four tracker showcasing the versatility of the Iberian duo.

This 4 track EP is a showcase of Clima's unprecedented talent and diversity, all 4 tracks capture that certain vibe that make Clima stand out from the rest. The EP starts off with 'All Floats On Now' with its dubby trademark Clima sound, you know instantly your onto a winner with this EP. The next track 'Materia Oscura' is a dancefloor ready stepper, the drums are earth shaking and the bass is body rocking. 'Ordinary Journey' is far from what the title of the track has you to believe, Clima lead you into a false sense of security with this as the track builds with its percussion it finally hits you with its dark bassline that continues alongside the progression of this awesome piece of music. Clima top off this incredible EP with one of their most fierce tracks to date 'Distinct'. The beats in this track carry on rolling and come at you with the unstoppable force of a steam train, this track is only for the headstrong.

This EP is a remarkable debut on Skutta Records for Clima and definitely will not be there last. Clima are an exciting act to watch for 2014. If you dont know, get to know.
